I am a Registered Nurse in Learning Disabilities. I worked for the NHS for about 20 years, working in a variety of settings including secure hospitals, community settings and with older adults.

I decided to start this company to help more people to get to where they want to go. I have learnt a lot throughout my wide and varied career. I know exactly how to communicate with all different types of people and have an in-depth understanding of the Mental Health Act and the Mental Capacity Act, so you know you are in safe hands.
My goal is to always put the person at the centre of everything I do and protect the most vulnerable from exploitation, by giving people a voice and enabling people to make decisions if they are able to do so.
I provide expert opinion to the legal profession (solicitors and lawyers) regarding matters of mental capacity. For instance if you suspect that your relative can no longer make decisions about their money, you may need help from a solicitor so you can help your family member to manage their money. The solicitor will say that a mental capacity assessment is required to determine if they can make decisions regarding their money.
I would then go out and determine if they have the mental capacity to make decisions regarding their money.
